1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the UNOsync Chrome extension and using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

UNOsync provides a Chrome extension that integrates WhatsApp Web with HubSpot CRM. The service allows for:

  • Synchronization of WhatsApp messages to HubSpot
  • Creation and updating of HubSpot contacts
  • Viewing HubSpot contact information within WhatsApp Web
  • Message activity tracking in HubSpot
  • Automatic synchronization features (premium plans)
  • Group chat synchronization (premium plans)

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

UNOsync offers various subscription plans with different features, pricing tiers, and usage limits. We may introduce new plans, modify existing plans, or adjust pricing from time to time.

Current pricing and plan details are available on our pricing page. All prices exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

4. Payment Terms

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize recurring charges for your selected plan
  • Pay all applicable taxes and fees
  • Maintain a valid payment method on file

Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination. We will attempt to notify you of payment issues before taking action.

5. Subscription Management

You can manage your subscription through our customer portal or by contacting support:

  • Upgrade your plan at any time (takes effect immediately)
  • Cancel your subscription (continues until end of current billing period)
  • Update billing information and payment methods
  • View billing history and invoices

Plan upgrades take effect immediately. Cancellations continue until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will be automatically downgraded to the free Starter plan. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused service periods.

6. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Each subscription plan includes specific usage limits and feature restrictions. Current limits and features are detailed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

We reserve the right to throttle or suspend service for users who exceed reasonable usage patterns or engage in abuse of our services.

7. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use the service in compliance with WhatsApp's Terms of Service
  • Maintain necessary HubSpot permissions and licenses
  • Obtain appropriate consent for processing contact information
  • Not use the service for unauthorized or illegal purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the extension
  • Not exceed reasonable usage limits for your plan tier
  • Maintain valid payment information for paid subscriptions

8. Data Processing

UNOsync processes data as follows:

  • Messages are processed only when explicitly selected for synchronization
  • Contact information (including names, phone numbers, and message content) is stored and processed for the purpose of providing the synchronization service between WhatsApp and HubSpot
  • By using our service, you explicitly consent to this storage and processing of contact information as it is essential for the core functionality of the service
  • Data is transmitted securely between WhatsApp Web, our servers, and HubSpot
  • Contact data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service and can be deleted upon request
  • Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and consent to sync contact information to HubSpot
  • Billing information is processed by Stripe and subject to their privacy policy

9. Service Limitations

Users acknowledge that:

  • The service requires an active WhatsApp Web session
  • Service availability depends on WhatsApp Web and HubSpot API availability
  • Changes to WhatsApp Web or HubSpot may affect functionality
  • The service is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta
  • Premium features require an active paid subscription
  • Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance

10. Refunds and Cancellation

Our refund and cancellation policy:

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the customer portal
  • No refunds are provided for partial months or unused service periods
  • Service access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds may be provided at our discretion for technical issues or service failures

11. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the service, including software, logos, and documentation, remain with UNOsync. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service.

12. Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Limitation of Liability

UNOsync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the service, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Any breach of these Terms and Conditions
  • Non-payment of subscription fees
  • Abuse of service or excessive usage
  • Violation of applicable laws or regulations
