Managing your UNOsync subscription and billing is simple with our integrated Stripe Customer Portal. This guide will show you exactly where to find your billing information and how to manage your account.
Accessing Billing from the Web App
The easiest way to access your billing portal is through the UNOsync web app:
Step 1: Navigate to the Billing Page
- Log in to your UNOsync account at app.unosync.co or unosync.co
- Click on “Billing” in the navigation menu, or go directly to
/billing
Step 2: Click “Manage Billing”
Once on the billing page, you’ll see your current plan information and a “Manage Billing” button in the top right corner:
- Current Plan: Shows your active subscription (Starter, Core, or Team)
- Usage: Displays your monthly sync usage
- Manage Billing Button: Located in the top right corner with a settings icon
Step 3: Open the Stripe Portal
Click the “Manage Billing” button. This will:
- Create a secure session with Stripe
- Open the Stripe Customer Portal in a new browser tab
- Allow you to manage all aspects of your billing
Note: The “Manage Billing” button only appears if you have an active paid subscription with a Stripe customer account. If you’re on the free Starter plan, you’ll need to upgrade first.
Accessing Billing from Chrome Extension
You can also access your billing portal directly from the UNOsync Chrome extension:
Step 1: Open Extension Settings
- Click the UNOsync extension icon in your Chrome toolbar
- Navigate to your profile/settings section
Step 2: Find the Billing Section
In the extension settings, you’ll see:
- Your current plan status
- Usage information
- A “Manage Billing” button (if you have a paid plan)
Step 3: Click “Manage Billing”
Click the button to open the Stripe Customer Portal in a new tab, just like in the web app.
What You Can Do in the Stripe Portal
Once you’re in the Stripe Customer Portal, you have full control over your billing:

- See all past invoices and receipts
- Download PDF invoices for your records
- View payment dates and amounts
💳 Update Payment Method
- Add a new credit or debit card
- Update your existing payment method
- Set a default payment method
- Remove old payment methods

Troubleshooting
”Manage Billing” Button Not Showing
Possible reasons:
- You’re on the free Starter plan (upgrade required)
- Your Stripe customer account hasn’t been created yet
- You need to complete at least one payment first
Solution: Upgrade to a paid plan (Core or Team) to access the billing portal.
Can’t Access Portal
If you see an error message:
- Make sure you’re logged into your UNOsync account
- Check that you have an active paid subscription
- Try refreshing the page and clicking “Manage Billing” again
If the portal doesn’t open:
- Check if pop-ups are blocked in your browser
- Try opening the link in a new tab manually
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
Team Plan Users
Important for Team plans:
- Only the billing admin can access the billing portal
- If you’re a team member (not the admin), contact your team’s billing admin
- The billing admin is the person who created the team subscription
Payment Issues
If you need to:
- Dispute a charge: Contact Stripe support through the portal
- Get a refund: Contact UNOsync support at support@unosync.co
- Update payment after a declined card: Use the portal to add a new payment method

When managing your billing:
- Always use the official UNOsync app or extension - Never access billing through third-party links
- Check the URL - The Stripe portal URL should start with
https://billing.stripe.com - Keep your account secure - Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication if available
- Review invoices regularly - Check your payment history monthly to catch any issues early
